Graham is the workshop manager for Rotowaro Mine.
In the 17 years he’s been here, Graham has worked in a number of different roles. From mechanic, to heavy plant workshop supervisor, account manager for Works / Excel and plant asset manager for Stevensons, and finally as workshop maintenance manager for Rotowaro Mine, it’s fair to say he’s seen it all and done it all.
In his current role as workshop manager for Rotowaro Mine based at Huntly, his focus is on ensuring the mobile plant availability is at the required level so operations can meet there over burden and coal extraction targets.
“We’ve got the best workshop facilities in New Zealand at East Tamaki with a wide range of skill and experience”
Graham believes the reason Stevenson Mining will be successful at Rotowaro lies with the engineering support facilities at Stevenson Engineering, and more importantly, the people at the East Tamaki workshop and the mechanic’s at Rotowaro doing the work.
