KEVIN HICKEY AWARDED GOLD STAR

Field service supervisor Kevin Hickey has been awarded the NZ Fire Service Gold Star for 25 years of service to the Te Kauwhata Volunteer Fire Brigade where he is currently the Chief Fire Officer. Only 5% of all Fire-fighters achieve 25 years of service.

  Today Stevenson Engineering maintains over 400 pieces of mobile equipment and plant for a wide range of customers. In 1939 the original Stevenson workshop was opened in Pukekohe and then in 1953, relocated to Otahuhu, staff by Johnny Vendt and Merv Lowe.
