Since 1918 W Stevenson and Sons have been in business, specialising in quarrying, mining, construction and maintenance. Similarly, Mullan & Noy started business in the same year and incorporated a foundry, supplied support services for the forestry industry, farming and dairy industry and more recently the manufacture of solid waste bins.

The combination of the two businesses forms the nucleus of STEVENSON ENGINEERING LTD, which continues to grow from strength to strength, and now employs over 170 staff.

Our People

Stevenson Engineering is a family owned company but more importantly is a company of families. This is one of the main reasons we have such a close knit environment at STEVENSON ENGINEERING LTD and often people choose to stay employed with the company for their entire working life. This says a lot about the company and the Stevenson family who still run the business today.

All our staff are regarded as vital links in ensuring that the Stevenson name continues to grow, with a reputation for doing the job properly. Our tradespeople are some of the best in the business, and we continually take on apprentices, to make sure this knowledge is passed on to a new generation.

There is a very active social scene for the Stevenson employees (indoor cricket, 10 pin bowling, go carting and movie nights etc), which helps to cement relationships and removes a few barriers between staff and management.

We are continually trying to improve our communication channels within the company, making Stevenson Engineering an excellent choice for any maintenance or repair work required.
